Moroccan Wedding Blanket or La Handira is a throw used for warmth and special events. The white/cream coloured Handira is woven for weddings, often decorated with countless metal sequins. The reverse side contains unique embroidery combined with black and bright colored threads. A mother begins to weave a wedding blanket when her daughter is still very young. Every blanket is one of a kind hand crafted with the love of a Mother.
